Compensation
We have excellent compensation models which can be modified to suit the right candidate. We are looking for a career oriented person that is interested in working with us for the long-term. We offer a base salary plus additional commission/bonus.
Sales/Business Developer
We are looking for highly motivated and charismatic business developers to work from our Toronto office or in Western Canada. Business developers talk to employers that need workers and manage those accounts. Ideally we are looking for experienced sales professionals with industry connections but we are willing to train people that have great potential and “the right stuff”. Most of all we want capable, friendly and enthusiastic people that can build and maintain strong relationships with Canadian employers that need people. This is an interesting, challenging and rewarding career servicing Canada’s fastest growing businesses.
Candidate Recruiter
Help us recruit Canadian workers for the employers that need them. We are looking for energetic recruiters that can help us find great workers for our Canadian employer clients. We prefer someone with recruiting experience or experience in one of our target industries. Most of all we need outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic recruiters that can find the people to fill the job orders we have from Canadian employers. This is a fun and rewarding career with great potential. No experience necessary if you have the right personality and are willing to learn and work hard.
Administrative Assistant
We need professional office staff to help us grow our business. We require capable and reliable administrative staff to manage the various aspects of our organization. If you are organized, detail oriented and can multi-task then we want speak with you. You must have exceptional English capability, be able to type quickly and a second language is an asset.
Immigration Processing and Case Management
We are looking for law clerks and paralegals that can work with our immigration processing team and legal department. We prefer candidates with experience and education relating to Canadian immigration matters but we will consider applicants that can learn quickly and contribute to our forms rapid growth.
